Founded in 2016 in Miami Florida the Blackbird Cigar Company is definitely quality focused.
The cigars themselves are made in the Dominican Republic and come in a wide variety of styles, from the light and creamy Finch, all the way up the scale to the robust and intense Unkind.
As you might have already guessed, most of the cigars in their portfolio are named after various different kinds of birds and, like birds, their plumage is very brightly coloured!
The only one which is not named after a bird is the aforementioned ‘Unkind’ which is the collective noun for a group of Ravens!
Although based in Miami, the cigars are physically made in their own factory in the Dominican Republic. This allows them to keep an eye on the quality of the cigars at all stages of the production.
Their ethos is simple – only the best will do.
