If your hobby is cigars, you will not want to miss out on our near legendary cigar evenings.
Over the last decade or so, we have been treating the Nottingham cigar smoking cognoscenti to some of the most amazing cigars on the planet.
Our cigar evenings are structurally the same irrespective of which event you attend, however, the cigars and brands featured will change every month. Normally, we would taste two cigars on an evening, with the odd one featuring three. There will nearly always be a guest host who will join us on the night and who is, in some way, connected to cigars that we are sampling. They will have the latest information on the brands and be able to give an insight into the history and production of the featured cigars.
Occasionally we may have a cigar maker join us! Now these are quite special evenings and allows you, the paying customer, the opportunity to ask the actual guys who make the cigars questions on a more one to one basis. Over the years we have been blessed to have been joined by the likes of Nick Perdomo, Rocky Patel (Via Zoom) and Robert Caldwell, all of whom were thoroughly entertaining in their own, unique ways.
Which ever type of cigar evening you come along to, our little community of cigar enthusiasts will always make you feel welcome.

Our first cigar evening of 2026 will take place on Wednesday 28th of January. We have still to confirm the theme for the evening, however, as a minimum there will be two cigars to taste. We will also be holding our usual free to enter raffle where you could win a cigar related prize.
The evening will be held at the Trent Navigation, Meadow Lane, Nottingham, NG2 3HS – The evening starts at 7pm.
We are delighted to announce a full timetable of cigar events designed especially for the ladies. Our plan is to hold five events throughout the year where we either try to focus on women who make cigars or women who work in the cigar industry, either in the UK or elsewhere. Where possible we will try to endeavour to have a female co-host although this may not be possible in every instance!
The evenings will be held in Nottingham City Centre, usually starting at around 7pm and most will be in a small group setting. Each evening will feature a minimum of 2 cigars on the night. The evenings are designed to be educational as well as fun, so there will be plenty of opportunity for some great conversation.
