Ambasciator Italico Cigars

Description

Italico cigars are made using a dark fired Kentucky wrapper from Verona and dark Kentucky fillers from Benevento. An innovative natural fermentation process where the tobacco is aged for 12 months enhances its aromatic complexity, giving it an intense and balanced strength.

This cigar has notes of coffee, leather, aromatic wood and liquorice. Mild to medium in terms of its strength with that unique Italian taste and aroma associated with dark fire Kentucky leaf.

Looking to take part in a cigar sampling event? Why not join us for an evening of great cigars and conversation. Our events are held on a monthly basis and held in and around Nottingham.

Delivery

UK delivery

Orders are only dispatched Monday to Friday. If you place an order before 1pm, and stock is available, we can usually send out the order on the same day, work load permitting. We do not dispatch over the weekend. For tobacco or cigar orders of less than £200 we use Royal Mail 24 which normally arrives the next working day, although this is not guaranteed. To guarantee that your order does arrive by 5pm the next day please call the shop on 01159 110555 to arrange Special Delivery. There will be a small extra additional charge for this service. The standard delivery cost is shown in the basket page and in the checkout.

For orders over £200 in value we will use DHL (or suitable courier) – again dispatch will only take place between Monday and Friday.

Click and collect

You can click and collect from our Nottingham shop. Select click and collect in the checkout to save the delivery cost, pay online prices (which can sometimes be lower). Please, if possible, wait for a ‘Ready to collect’ e-mail before dropping in – sometimes we can be exceptionally busy!

Pre delivery check

We check ALL cigars before they are sent out. Loose cigars are packaged in a humi-pouch designed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Packets of cigars maybe opened to check that the cigars are in the correct condition. Orders are dispatched in suitable packaging to protect the content.

No hassle returns

Received a faulty cigar that just won’t smoke? No problem, just call us on 01159 110555 or email eann@gauntleys.com to arrange a return / replacement.

Delivery outside the UK

For all delivery destinations outside of the UK – although your order is not subject to UK VAT it will be subject to the local taxes and duties of your country. These charges are usually levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you will need to contact your local customs office if you require further information.

Select your country in the cart to see the delivery cost – unfortunately, due to international law and credit card restrictions we’re not allowed to send tobacco products to European Union or the USA.
