This new release from AJ is sure to get the pulse racing! Unlike a lot of AJ’s cigars, these are more medium-bodied and offers up some gorgeous earthy-woody notes which are followed up with spice notes with touches of sweetness and citrus.
The Amar Robusto celebrates the dual Cuban and Lebanese heritage of AJ Fernandez. In Spanish, Amar means “to love,” while in Arabic, Amar means “moon.” AJ created the blend in the wake of a fire that broke out at his Tabacalera AJ Fernandez Cigars factory in Nicaragua in 2025.
An H-seed wrapper, cultivated in Nicaragua, covers a complex blend of Nicaraguan long-fillers grown on AJ’s estates. A medium to full-bodied profile of cedar, cinnamon, nutmeg, coffee bean, and black pepper with a smooth, creamy texture.
According to AJ, Amar represents reflection, gratitude, and resilience, marking his appreciation for the support he received among industry peers as he rebounded from the fire.
These are going to be a regular line and come in at a slightly better price point than some of the other AJ Cigars.
